Terms of cancelation
- Free cancellation for Covid-19 reason (specific government measures or illness on presentation of a medical certificate).
- In other cases, if you cancel your reservation before the arrival date or the D-day, the penalty applied will be equivalent to the amount paid as a deposit, at the time of booking. The stay may however be postponed depending on availability in the event of cancellation for medical reasons. The postponement may in this case be granted on presentation of a medical certificate and within a minimum of 72 hours before the date of arrival.
- We do not anticipate any refund in the event of a no-show on D-day or early departure.

Note : A sum of 15 € is added on the rate posted for a single night. In July and August, this additional fee is applied per night for stays under 5 nights.
For short stays (less than 4 nights), the amount of the deposit requested is equivalent to the price of one night. Breakfast is served from 9h to 10h on saturday and sunday.

Partnership and preferential rates with Atlanthal thalassotherapy center in Anglet and Thalmar center in Biarritz : 10 % up to 15% discount on all treatments. I would make the reservation with the center of your choice and you would arrange the care in the center, upon arrival.
