If you cancel your reservation before the arrival date or the D-day, the penalty applied will be equivalent to the amount paid as a deposit upon reservation. The stay may however be postponed depending on availability in the event of cancellation for medical reasons. In this case, the postponement may be granted upon presentation of a medical certificate and within a minimum of 48 hours before the arrival date.
- We do not provide any refund in the event of no-show on the day or early departure.

To note :
- Smoking is prohibited in the rooms.

- Stay from two nights.
- In July and August, a supplement of €15 per night is applied for stays of less than 5 nights.

• Additional person (extra bed): €30.
- For stays of less than 4 nights, the deposit amount requested is equivalent to the rate of one night.

- Breakfast is served between 8:30 a.m. and 10 a.m. on weekdays and between 9:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. on weekends and public holidays.
- Table d'hôtes, certain evenings, by reservation:
“Gourmet plates” formula at €24 per person: Homemade starter/main course or main course/dessert + 1 drink included. Prices in effect as of 01/01/24.

- Arrival and departure times are adjustable according to your constraints and our availability.
- Tailor-made and personalized gift cards, on request.

- Preferential rates with the Atlanthal thalassotherapy centers in Anglet and Thalmar in Biarritz: -10% to -15% discount on entry to the "Lagon" (Anglet) or "l'Archipel" (Biarritz) and on the overall care.
- Partnerships with certified masseuses, a sports coach, a sophrologist, as well as a tourist guide. These professionals offer you a tailor-made support program.
- Introduction to Bungypump (dynamic walking sticks and muscle strengthening exercises)
